Welcome to Trishul Logistics and Packaging. By availing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, safety, and a smooth relocation experience for our customers.

1. Service Agreement

All bookings made with Trishul Logistics and Packaging are subject to confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed, our team will schedule packing, loading, transportation, and delivery as per the discussed date and time.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A booking advance is required to confirm your relocation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery, as agreed.

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or any approved payment mode.

  • Quoted prices are valid for a limited period and may change based on distance, quantity of goods, or additional services requested.

3. Packing and Handling

All goods will be packed by our trained professionals using quality packing materials. However, clients are requested to inform our team in advance about fragile, high-value, or delicate items requiring special care.

4. Goods in Transit

We take utmost care in handling and transporting your goods. However, Trishul Logistics and Packaging shall not be liable for damages due to unforeseen events such as accidents, natural calamities, theft, or fire unless the customer has opted for transit insurance.

5. Insurance

Transit insurance is optional but strongly recommended. If opted, any claim for damage or loss must be made directly to the insurance provider with required documents and evidence.

6. Delays & Delivery

While we strive to deliver on time, delivery schedules may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Be present or assign a representative during packing and delivery.

  • Verify all items before and after transit.

  • Ensure all bills and receipts are properly acknowledged.

8. Prohibited Items

We do not transport perishable goods, inflammable materials, illegal items, or hazardous substances. Clients must declare all goods truthfully before packing begins.

9. Storage & Warehousing

If goods are to be stored in our warehouse, storage charges will apply. Trishul Logistics and Packaging will not be responsible for perishable or improperly packed items kept for extended periods.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled date are eligible for partial refund after deducting service charges. Last-minute cancellations or postponements may attract additional costs due to pre-arranged logistics.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, both parties shall attempt to resolve matters amicably. Failing that, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where Trishul Logistics and Packaging operates.

12. Policy Updates

Trishul Logistics and Packaging reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available on our official website.
